Pencil not visible - no editing - unaware of the reason for the issue

also after logging out to anymod and back into anymod as an admin , I still remain unable to see the pencil .

I will have a telephone conference in 10 minutes and we shall chat about the draft functionalities, and i am feeling bad.

No idea why it is not working - cannot overcome the issue on my own

this was solved only after I logged out twice and also deleted all cookies (probably unrelated). I restarted the browser twice. Then logged back into anymod, and then things worked well again - this ticket can be ignored
