Hi, we did receive this and it worked in February, but I think we stopped receiving these again in March. Can we get that invoice and get the monthly e-mail resumed if there’s still no web portal available to view these?

I believe this has happened again and we didn’t get the July 2021 invoice. Can we get that manually e-mailed again?

Hi, we re-sent the invoice covering July 14 - Aug 14; please let us know if you did not receive it.

You should also receive the next invoice in mid-August.
