2 mods not mobile optimized

I worked with those MODs for a while until I finally realized they both are NOT Mobile-optimized

Those MODS should display a clear and large WARNING to let the developer know he should not expect the mod to be mobile optimized. I can see there are quiet a number of @media Rules included in the css , but they do not take the desired effect.

I somehow worked around it, afer extensive trial and error . the css rules are lengthy and somehow duplicated inside the css inspector. I had to use important once to set the section width to 100% when the mod gets viewd on mobile devices.
